FAQs
Do you design and create e-learning?
No. I am not an e-learning expert. If e-learning is required as part of a solution to address a training and development need, I can recommend people who can help.
Do you have any training programmes that I can offer to my clients?
I focus on people development, specifically first line managers and individuals. You can find information about my skills and experience and the topics I deliver training in on my About Me page.
Can you support my business remotely?
Yes, I can. We can meet online using MS Teams or Zoom. For managing projects I use Click-up and prefer to use MS Teams for day-to day collaboration. However, I am adaptable and can work with systems you already have in place.
Do you offer 360 Feedback assessments?
No, but this is something I am looking into for the future. For the current moment, if I worked with you on a retained basis, this is something I could conduct research into and make recommendations for the best 360 feedback assessment platform to use with your clients.
Do you provide Leadership Development Training?
This is not my area of expertise. However, if you have a requirement in this area, please do get in touch as I will be able to put you in contact with people who do deliver leadership training and development.
Do you offer coaching?
Unfortunately not. Obtaining a coaching qualification is a long-term goal of mine. Until then, the best I can do is refer you to coaches in my wider network so if you have a question around coaching, please get in touch.
Can you deliver training or facilitate workshops face to face and remotely?
Yes. I am confident running both in-person and online events. For online events I am happy using either Zoom or MS Teams.
Where are you based?
I am based in Reading, South East England. Reading is very well connected to the rail and motorway networks so it is relatively easy for me to be able to travel within the Thames Valley and surrounding areas. I am willing to travel further afield if required.
