BOOKING

Bookings for the Power 45 service are made via my booking page. When you book a Power 45 session I will ask you for:

• Full name
• Email address
• Information to help me prepare for the session

This information will be used to set-up the Power 45 session and be used by Meliora Learning and Development to share information regarding offers, further helpful tips, and an occasional newsletter. You will not be spammed – promise!

PAYMENT

The payment process requires you to have a credit or debit card. If this is not an option for you, please let me know and I can provide details so you can pay by bank transfer.

The session must be paid for in full before it can take place.

Your payment will be processed by Go Cardless. You will receive confirmation once your payment has been made. 

RECORDINGS

I will attempt to record our session or give you the rights to record it.

If you prefer not to have the session recorded, let me know.

The recording will not be shared with anyone else.

Sometimes technical difficulties can stop the session from being recorded. I can’t offer a refund in such cases but I will do my best to make amends. For example, I will provide extra notes in the follow-up email to expand on our conversation.

THE SESSION

Before our session, you will receive an email confirming the booking.

When the session begins, I will enter the online meeting room and let you in.

Conversations can overrun. However, I ask that you are respectful of our time and keep to the 45 minutes as much as possible.

Please ensure you are ready for the session at the agreed time. If there are circumstances beyond your control that prevent this, or mean you cannot attend at all, we may need to reschedule all or part of the session. I will do my best to accommodate this.

As this is a short, focused session, I cannot guarantee the overall success of your training solution. However, I will do my best to give the inspiration, ideas, and support you need to move forward with the challenge you bring to the session. 

After the session, I may ask you to share your thoughts about it. If you share positive feedback, I will ask for your permission to publish it on my website with a photo and a link back to your website.
