I am a learning and development consultant bringing experience and knowledge from education and the corporate sector to the small business world. I specialise in supporting HR consultants to deliver engaging, effective and impactful learning and development solutions to their clients.
Having worked alongside HR teams during the course of my career, gaining insight key HR processes, employment law, and working alongside HR colleagues to enable people to be able to deliver organisation objectives, I am bringing this people development partnership to HR Consultants.

No. I am not an e-learning expert. If e-learning is required as part of a solution to address a training and development need, I can recommend people who can help.
No, I do not. I focus on creating tailored solutions that address each client’s learning and development need or training requirements.
Yes, we can. We can meet online using platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom or Google Meet. For managing projects we use Click-up and prefer to use MS Teams for day-to day collaboration. However, we am adaptable and can work with systems you already have in place.
No, but this is something I am looking into for the future. However, if this is something that you are looking to offer in your consultancy, this would be a project I could support you with. I can research and recommend providers, and help you to map out the process and create the comms for each stage of the process.
I have a broad knowledge of a variety of people development topics. I also work with subject matter experts such as yourself to unlock the knowledge you have on specific HR topics and develop this into impactful, effective and engaging training sessions. Unfortunately not. Obtaining a coaching qualification is a long-term goal of mine. Until then, the best I can do is refer you to coaches in my wider network so if you have a question around coaching, please get in touch.
Yes. I am confident running both in-person and online events. For online events I am happy using either Zoom or MS Teams.
I am based in Reading, South East England. Reading is very well connected to the rail and motorway networks so it is relatively easy for me to be able to travel within the Thames Valley and surrounding areas, and get into London. I am willing to travel further afield if required.
